WaMu wants $200 from me.
Apparently because I turned off my autodraft before some date I promised in the fine print on my mortgage. :eyes:

Of course, the helpful associate I spoke with two days ago about turning it off said nothing about a fee. I can't decide if I should go with "dumb guy" or "irate customer" when I call to complain.

2. I used the 'dumb customer' act with Verizon to get an $80 charge off my phone bill
I forgot to return a modem and they charged me for it. At first I was out of luck but the dumb customer act did the trick.

3. I called before I read your reply
...went with dumb customer. Like a charm.

Almost as if it's a little too convincing. :D
