If it's refrigerated, it should be good for a week. I wouldn't eat it past day 7 though.

5. after it's been cooked, I usually give stuff a week
unless there's an obvious odor or stickiness to it. it may have dried out, in which case, you'll need some kind of a sauce to get it down.
