3. Manihohos
Last week I planned to make manicotti, but the store was out of shells, so I bought lasagna instead. I made the filling like usual, but instead of stuffing shells with it, I layered it on lasagna and rolled them up like Ho-Ho's.

The last of the leftovers go down the gullet tonight.

12. Some heat-and-eat lentil curry,
(really hope it doesn't suck), basmati rice, naan bread, and mango chutney.

I had an Indian food craving, so I bought enough for at least 2-3 people. So I'm having a friend over tonight.

Bacon Swiss Burger w/ baked beans and steak fries

Pasta Primavera with Alfredo sauce w/ a salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Lazy, and not much food in the house.
