I'm at work right now, and in front of me is a list of account numbers and requests from various customer care agents asking me to approve credits against various customer accounts. I usually have 100 requests a night to do.

So any requests? The write-off pen is open!

Mark.

5. PM me your account numbers and I might be able to help.
But if it starts with a 4, 5 or a 6 forget it.

4. I'd ask for my mortgage, but I'd rather you find a random pending foreclosure
preferably on a disabled vet or a single mom and write that off instead.

Much obliged.

6. Being British, I've had a word with Gordon Brown for you.
He'll arrange for the UK government to take that disabled vet out of foreclosure and pay the mortgage for them.

9. Hmmm....
(serious mode on)

I don't know if the debts happened pre-divorce or after... if it's after then there's a case for fraud and you should be able to contact these creditors and tell them point blank you don't owe the debt.

If it's pre-divorce it's messy. In a community property state? Messier.

In any case, contest it with the credit bureaus.

(serious mode off)

I've activated the fraud switch. All sorted now.

Mark.

13. Have you graduated? Sue your creditors!
Put that education to work for you!

Alternatively work as a law school professor for 5 years... they might get forgiven for doing that. Then run for President.

18. My student loans thus far.
I'll probably be on scholarship after this semester (or year,) but I still have about $16,000 in student loans from my freshman and early sophomore years.
