sit and focus on nothing but that. breathe deeply and slowly. visualize the air moving through your body. find your 'happy place' and hold that vision in your mind.
it won't fix the situation, but it can help you get into a better state of mind to help you through it.
Traveling with your family can take a lot out of anybody. I hope this is just about spending too much time too close to people, and getting away from them will resolve this.
