1. what kind of sauce do you use?
And do you use real butter as opposed to margarine?

5. Love the Frank's Red Hot!
Tastier (to me) than Tabasco.

4. Grilling, deep-frying or broiling?
And I agree with the poster above- you should make your own sauce with butter.

I'm generally not one to brag, but a friend of mine once called me "The Jedi Knight of Chicken Wings"

6. Do you do it the Buffalo way?
That is, first deep fry them.

Then, cover them with extremely hot sauce.

Then bake them.

Then serve them with bleu cheese and celery.

7. I'm probably the only person from Buffalo who has never eaten
a Buffalo Wing. But I can tell by smell from 50' away when "Buffalo Wings" aren't real Buffalo Wings.

Deep Fry them, then soak them in Hot Sauce AND Vinegar, and then bake them. :)

There is nothing else like Buffalo Wings.

8. As a fellow Buffalonian it is easy to tell--if you drive by Duff's they're real...
If you don't they're not.

OK, granted there are a few other places that do decent wings, but Duff's is the king.

10. If you are a New York Buffalonian...
you go to a place named Bonnie's grill in Brooklyn, which is run by a guy from Kenmore. Bills games on Sunday and the best (and fattest) wings outside of Buffalo.
