Atlanteans: Can you tell me why so many homes in the Celtic Shelf
zip code are in foreclosure / up for sale (for very low prices)?

What's the deal with the neighborhood? Noisy? Crime? End of the world type stuff? Some of the homes are really adorable; hardwood floors, arched entryways, etc.

Any info appreciated ... thank you! :hi:
