5. Fake, without a doubt
They tried to hide the wake of the towing vehicle (probably a jet ski) by doing the stunt in the surf zone, but you can see it in a few shots. Pretty funny, though...

I did see some videos a few months ago (here on DU?) of guys in Australia who fished for Great Whites along a popular surfing beach - their method of getting the bait out far enough was to paddle it out on a surfboard and drop it. :scared:

7. They certainly put a lot into the production
The fin looks real enough. Bt if it were real, you would probably see the caudal fin and the shark would probably thrash a little bit when it took the bait.
