I'm having such a good day, I don't feel like going to choir practice tonight.
After weeks of ass-hauling insane busy-ness with way too many things that I had to be at, I've spent most of today doing laundry and cleaning, and then came to the office and caught up on the last two weeks of Wall Street Journals and other reading materials I've had to time to get to in the last month, and I'm so freaking relaxed that I have no desire to go to one more required scheduled fucking responsibility.

Don't I get a day off once in a while?

Apparently, there is no rest for the good.

4. Yeah, and I always feel better after rehearsal. It's just the thought
of having one more fucking thing that I *have* to be at that's causing the angst.

I'd love to have a day or two that I have *no* commitments to be at. That hasn't happened in about a month.

3. Is it a Catholic Church, by any chance?
I know exactly how you feel! I would enjoy it more if there wasn't quite so much guilt involved in missing every once in a while!

5. No, it's a Christian group.
Ba dum dump.

No, just kidding - it's not Christian, either. It's a community choir, all amateur, just for fun.

6. I quit singing for a season because it was one more scheduled responsibility
and fucking has gotten me into handling the scheduled responsibilities of three more people.......
