OK, so then, what's the WORST fictional universe?

We've had a poll to select the best fictional universe, and "other" seems to be winning hands down, indicating a certain lack of unity on that one, but is there one for the WORST?

Now, it's got to be one that is reasonably recognizable. That's the only rule here.

I'm going to say that the worst universe has to be the Doctor Who universe. Bear in mind that I am a FAN of Doctor Who both old and new, but some of the stuff in there is just, well, ridiculous bordering on laughable and just slightly south of shamelessly so.

A whole lot of massive blood-thirsty smiting going on for pretty ridiculous reasons. A lot of really ridiculous myths. Very little consistency. Poorly edited.
