Thanks to the "Celtic Women" thread, I just spent at least an hour reading about IRA terror attacks.

Somebody mentioned the Irish Rovers. Somebody else posted a link to a Chieftains album. The combination of these reminded me of The Wolfe Tones, a "rebel" band my parents used to listen to when I was but a wee lad. So, I looked them up on Wikipedia. This led me to read about the IRA hunger strikes, which led to an article about the Brighton hotel bombing. It just kept going from there.

You look for one thing, then click to the next... and the next... and the next... and suddenly you've gone from reading about Ghandi's activism to reading about Adolf Hitler's childhood. :P
