All I can say is, I am prepping for a SNOT workshop--also known as my 5 YO with a bad cold. "Come here. Blow your nose into this tissue. Again."

4. Sometimes people are snotty at SWOT workshops, but that's not the point.

SWOT=strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. It's strategic planning. I've had training to help churches do it. So, I get a call every once in a while, asking me to walk a church through the process. Sometimes, I'd rather hang out with a 5 yo with a bad cold.
