Dog saves other dog injured on highway -- if you speak Spanish, please
decipher this video for me -- I wonder if there is anything to explain what happened to the sweet dogs. It looks like the one who was hit was really wounded...

2. The translation into English is not surprising...
I didn't sit and type it out in English, but suffice it to say that it's just a descriptive narrative of what is being shown.

Highway monitor video captured this on the Northbound highway lanes, etc., etc.,

I didn't seem to hear them mention the outcome, if the dog lived or died.

Very touching to watch...just turn the sound down.

3. Wonderful, sweet creatures. Humans trample each other to death in WalMart,
and a dog tries to save another injured dog by dragging it off the highway... we think we're so superior. Fools, humans are.

8. Let's discuss this: our cat "rescued" a little boy with Down Syndrome a few years ago.,
The little boy had wandered away from a vacation home up in the village (about half a mile from us) and found his way to our neighborhood. Ginger kept running into the house (it was summer and the doors were open)and meowing like crazy (very unusual behavior for him), over and over until I finally went outside to see what was going on. There was this little boy, standing out by the car, smiling and snuggling Ginger. Since I didn't speak Swiss-German at the time, I got my mother-in-law to come talk to the little boy. Finally, started walking him back up to the village, and met his frantic older sister (who was supposed to have been keeping an eye on him) about a quarter of a mile into the walk.

If not for Ginger, the child probably would have wandered to the end of our rural road, which is a straight dropoff to the woods between us and the highway to Italy.

Cats are alright. :hi:

6. Holy cow!
That was incredible.

I have a rudimentary understanding of Spanish: the reporter just described what we were watching. No mention was made of the outcome. I assume after that video was shown, the station got overwhelmed with offers to adopt the dogs. I sure hope the injured one survived - that did not look good.

7. It says that later the same day the dog gnawed off a small child's leg for no apparent reason.
Sorry, I don't speak Spanish. Nice video.
