I woke up from a nap, to catch the final few minutes of the TV show Leverage.

They had Lindsey from Angel in it! That was funny, going to have to catch the full re-run. Looked like it might be entertaining series, as far as TV shows go.

Got to thinking what was my favorite Timothy Hutton film.

1. A couple of plot holes you could drive a truck through, and...

on the later rerun they dropped 15 minutes because it was commercial-free on the first runthrough. (After the warehouse blows up they were all arrested and had to escape the hospital. And some really great reactions to Sophie's lousy acting)

Nothing serious here, but it's yet another fun Robin Hood romp with a good cast.

I'll watch again.

2. Not sure how the plots or writing will be.

But I like the actors. Shows like this can turn this way or that. And I have always been against vigilantism in real life... but it could be interesting.

For instance, things are not always thought about, the part I saw showed they made their money by tanking a stock, did they mention the pension funds effected? So going along with the good acting, and knowing it will have limitations, and might even be something I disagree with parts of,(thats always the case), I think there is always good to find in anything. And will watch a few episodes. I hope its a good series.

Not to mention its near crazy to paint hero's as intentionally tanking a stock in this current environment. If you correlate that with real world, it is flipped, since the story I heard was JP Morgan froze up billions that started the run on the first banks. But I digress

And Timothy Hutton has always been a favorite actor of mine, one of those you could give a phone book to read, and he would pull it off.

Edit: to avoid complete hypocricy, where social contract breaks down, vigilantism would be hard to define.

Just up to first comercial, already been really entertaining, good mix, and great laughs.

5. I caught the first "uninterrupted" showing and really enjoyed it.

I enjoyed it so much I stayed up to view it for a second time. I managed to confuse myself on the second viewing because they edited out a few minutes of the original airing for the commercials.

I'll keep watching though, because it was a lot of much needed escapist fun, at least for me. :thumbsup:

6. I'm watching this now. It's funny and the writing looks current.

They are investigating or setting up an a military contractor from Iraq right now. Looks like a new show that doesn't so far seem too bad.
