8. Sadly, it's not just Door County and the Dells that they pollute any more - they pollute up north

Way up north, into those areas that previously had been reserved for human beings where we could go to have quiet, spend a day fishing on the lake or canoeing the river, or just hanging out enjoying the outdoors, staying in a cheap (but still nice) cabin, owned by a family that you got to see every day.

But even the nice places now are building up and yuppifyin' to cater to the FIB scum who think lakes are for obnoxious powerboating and the forest alongside the highway is for garbage, and that going out into the country isn't any fun unless they bring the city with them with chain stores paving over the land for parking lots, and Mom and Pop places selling out because they realize they can charge a FIB $1000 a week for a shithole and they'll pay it; or, even better yet, tear down the cabins and build a great big building with 100 condos in it at $2500 a week.

we have a cabin in Marinette County (actually in the state forest) and every year there is more FIB creep into our previously secluded spots. OMG, FIBS are like the kudzu of WI!
