The MNKids and the mall Santa.
We took the kids to see Santa last week. It was not my idea.

NoelMN did not want to sit with Santa, but did so anyway. When Santa asked what Noel wanted for Christmas, he said: "I want a door for my bedroom." :silly:

SophieMN did not want to sit with Santa either, but she begrudgingly did so. Santa asked her what she wanted for Christmas, and her response went something like this: "I don't really know what to say. I haven't had enough time to really think about it. I guess I'll have to say that I want hats and mittens." :wtf:

JackMN not only wanted to sit with Santa, he did NOT want to leave. We sat nearby to have coffee afterward, and every time he noted that we weren't looking, Jack jumped out of his chair, ran toward Santa and dove into his lap. I told the Santa that if there was room in his sleigh, he was welcome to take Jack with him.

my son always asked for fans and vacuum cleaner parts, and then for Santa to take me away.

6. Yeah, when we moved into our house (in 2007)
the upstairs was a separate apartment. His bedroom was a living room that had french doors and another open doorway. We haven't put a door into the open space yet- it's an odd size to fit a door for.

they seem so uniquely themselves!

a friend of mine with a 2 year old quoted him on Santa (delivered at high volume) "I don't want to sit with that man!"
