I know they don't have a lot of money to go around and confiscating all those troublemaking guns, so I came up with this idea.
I didn't run it past Joe yet, but I'm sure he will be surprised to find a lot of old guns in his mailbag when he gets to be VP.

I wonder if they will send me a check soon...
