2. Well, I noticed the other day when I ordered one at Starbucks...
...that they just use the same grocery store milk carton kind of egg nog (in place of steamed milk), so I just heated some of that and added espresso I made with my el cheapo stovetop espresso maker. Tastes exactly the same, and was way yummy. :9
