What's that movie where...

one of the characters is saying how disappointed he is in a group of people standing next to him and he points to one older lady and says, "and I'm especially disappointed in you!". she looks mortified and surprised. there was no reason for him to single her out, but that's kind of what made it funny. but for the life of me, i cannot remember it.

someone here must know.
