3. He's not famous to you.....
but he's a hero to me.

My godfather - Ray - passed away this past March. Four days before my birthday.

He was a decorated Vietnam vet Marine, on the Honor Guard for Lyndon Johnson, a loving husband and father, and a 2nd dad to me.

We lost him quickly and without much warning. He was only 61 years old - and an absolutely gorgeous, healthy, happy man.

RIP Ray - March 17, 1946 - March 3, 2008

I've loved that man's mind and humor since the first time I heard his first album, so many years ago.

I got to see him live 3 times, and it was indeed a wonderful treat.

RIP, George.
