I just heard this statement on the XM 70's station.

How is this birdbrain on the radio and I'm not??

4. From my minimal experience in radio, I learned
that you have to suck far more shit than it's worth to get anywhere. The stories told me by every DJ I've ever known made me think, "Dude, why do you do this??"

I came to understand that working in radio is a kind of addiction for many.

8. If you had studied some historical linguistics, you wouldn't be as bothered by the term "costed"
All that is happening when she does that is that the process of analogy is making the past tense form of to cost into a form that is in line with the weak preterite.
