wondered, what is your work goal when you are done with school?

7. If one train leave Long Island station going 45 mph
And another train leaves Hartford going 60 mph,

And both trains are on the same track heading toward each other,

Where will they run into each other, causing a huge crash, killing hundreds, and spilling toxic chemicals all over the ground, making it unfit for human habitation for the next 387 years?

May I have a kiss, please? I know it's not exciting for you, given my age and all, but it'll be exciting for me. I've had a very, very, very long week that called on me to be everyone's mother, somehow. So, I'd just like a kiss from a beautiful person.

28. Do you have a favorite "store bought" curry?
I have a recipe you posted eons ago that calls for curry.

I wanted to try to cook a different genre dish, but when I get to the curry part of Indian Cuisine, I always think to myself... there is NO curry tree.. I want to create my own... :D

I think rather than overthinking it I should buy some already made.

Do you have any suggestions?

:hi:

45. Curry!
I struggled mightily with that secret (because there's a place in Sarasota that I crave and it's too expensive to eat there very often) and finally found a couple good sites: This blog promised a curry series, though she's still only got a couple up there, and this site's also got some good ideas. Both seem to be good reference sites for even ignorant cooks (i.e. me), who love the flavors but lack a clue. There's also this site for yet more recipes. My Brit friend swears the prepackaged crap from the supermarket (I think it's "Golden Curry" brand) is as good as the carry-out she used to get back home, but it's full of MSG. Patak's is a decent brand of jarred sauces.

Videojug also has lots of good recipes, though it's too easy to fall down the rabbit holes there and spend two hours watching shit like pavement etiquette (lmao @ the "droitwich") and how not to show your knickers.

Of course, when I was so desperate to find The Perfect Curry recipe, I ended up making my own recipe that pretty much incorporates everything, which probably isn't terribly authentic at all and varies every time I make it. It's kind of a project to assemble all the ingredients in a Western kitchen, but you can make up about 3 months' worth at a time, so it's not such a big deal. Once you have it on hand, it's pretty much in the fast food category, except for waiting on the brown rice.

Ugh. Clearly, this was not the day to read here. I've got curry, chili, and pickle cravings percolating all at once. :eyes:

29. This isn't exciting but kind of important (to me, at least).
Where in NYC can I get a decent haircut (I'm not even looking for anything fancy) that isn't going to set me back $80+ with tip? I can deal with everything being more expensive here, but that was sticker-shock...you can walk into the best salon in Hartford and get a shampoo and haircut with a good tip for under $40.

I've been shifting around the metadata, recompiling the database, not to mention editing the templates so that the results will display in the exact way demanded by the client, yet this P.O.S. application WILL NOT do what I am telling it to do.
