1. sure, what kind do you need?
I got 2%, evaporated, condensed, powdered (I think I still have some), and even some heavy whipping cream.

4. I think you can use anything
but probably the 2% or canned. Main thing is to just mix lightly until almost all moistened - don't overwork the batter or worry about a few dry lumps.

Weirdest and yet delicious make-do thing I tried once was using powdered coffee creamer (disolved in hot water) as a milk sub for cornbread. That would work for muffins too, I bet.

16. I have far more milk than I will be able to use before it goes bad.
Once again the gallon was on sale for less than the half-gallon. I just cannot make myself buy a smaller container when it costs more. Most of my family is lactose intolerant. I mostly just cook with it, and make my son's oatmeal with it.

21. Thats fine
Just pour it into the USB port, and I will set up the measuring cup beneath mine. Thanks

On second thought... Don't do that. I actually found a place open 24 hours, bought milk, brought it home, and then didn't even use it afterall.

Thanks though
