7 days to make a phone repair. They SUCK!

2. Venting.

Time Warner has a package of cable/phone/internet. I cannot make calls on my phone. They claim several other customers are having the same problem but they can't figure it out for another few days which will bring a total of 7 days without a phone.

I hate them.

3. I was just being a smartass, I hate them too...

they are a necessary evil for me though.

I had to go for about a year until they finally figured out why my internet was having intermittent outages.

Probably took me 50 phone calls, and a few personal visits to their office.

They ended up giving me a month free once the problem was fixed.

Woo-hoo.

4. They're prices are so out of range for what they supply

They know they are dealing with addicts and we'll pay anything to stay plugged in.
