2. I've got a pair of Tabby cats (grey).
Their names are Chairman meow & Flea Taxi, twin brothers. They are very sweet but vocal cats.

4. Best. Cat names. Ever.
We used to ask ours things like "What was the name of the insurgent movement in Kenya in the 1950s?" Mau, Mau! -- or "Who was the chairman of the Chinese Communist Party?" Mao!

7. Just slightly frightening if you've been to Korea, though

This is yaki-mandu. It's made from beef. I can't even imagine what cat-mandu would taste like.

Then again...I've got a cat named Hormel.

for about two years (Military wife) She can tell some stories!

She is my Republican niece who says we need socialism after she spent a while in Italy with a sick child!

21. Or in my neighborhood, for that matter
the smell of Korean cuisine frequently wafts through my window, from Yummy B-B-Q right down the street.

Meanwhile, a local treat is manapua, soft buns with a meat filling, usually char siu (BBQ pork). Longstanding urban legend has it that the filling is really -- well, let's just say one of the frequent commenters at the Star-Bulletin calls himself 'Cat Manapua". :scared:

26. hooray for orange tabbies!
we just lost our beloved Tommycat, kitty love of my life. He was at least 17, having come to us as an adult male stray.

I hope you and Mandu have many years of love and affection together.

25. Three cats isn't enough to qualify you as a cat lady.
I have three cats and I'm not a cat lady.

Yet.

But seriesly!!11 I think you have to have enough cats that no matter where you look there's a cat. Ten is a good start.

27. Oh no no, three is awesome.
Were there no Depression, I'd look for a place that would let me have that many. I look at the kitty-porn at my local shelter's website every day.
