We now have 2 Red Slider turtles...
2 Cats
1 Rescued dove with broken wing
1 puppy abandoned and rescued in public park

All of the animals were rescue animals :(

Did I mention we feed stray cats too? I get really angry... even professors abandon their pets when they leave here, so we constantly have strays... They are hungry and in need of attention... so we feed them and give them a little love...

I don't understand how people could treat an animal like that.

6. Will definitely post pics... there is a huge problem in the UAE with pets these days

due to the economic upheaval... too many people are being layed off and leaving... Too many leave their pets behind.

We do that too - moved here with 2 cats, adopted 5 more (strays). Found homes for many more.

I don't know how people can just abandon animals like they do. It happens ALL the damn time and it really pisses me off. I have 5 cats and a dog. All foundlings.
