1. Do it now before she develops her own style and won't wear what Mom buys her anymore
:bounce:

2. I know! I cringe at the thought of her wanting to wear all of those
cartoony clothes. I am such the fashionista!

3. I trust the peace signs are "absorbent quilted padding".

5. I don't know and don't care because they are SO FREAKIN cute!

7. Oh dear - at that age, that $60 will equal $10 / time worn if you are lucky!
I'll give you that they are cute, but 20 minutes with a needle and thread can turn a $4 pair of sweat pants into the same thing.

8. Yeah I know. It is hard to justify that much money for some little pants.
I have a feeling that the logical side of my brain will fail, and I will buy them anyway. Really it depends on what other catalogs come in. These baby clothes are the devil.

10. Frankly, if you have a "gently used" store, go check it out.
The selection is unbelievable and you have it in your hands before buying - and pants like that would be about $3.00 at the ones around here. Most of it looks like they've never been used. I've taken things in for them to buy and they've been rejected for what I consider minor reasons. Most of those stores have very high quality standards.

Of course, my girls are all older now (8th, 10th, 12th) - they like the thrift stores because they can find decent clothes in different styles that aren't "slut wear", as they call it.

15. I have looked around at some of those type stores around here.
I always seem to be late. All of the cute stuff has been picked through by the time I show up.

4. Those are so cute!
I like the little baby bloomers. Girls are so fun to dress too. Catalogs can be subtle in how they tempt you, they are really tricky that way.

6. And they come out of the woodworks. I am getting catalogs galore.
And I am a sucker for cute girl clothes. If she is this $$$ now, I can't imagine the teen years.

14. Once you start buying, they sell your name to other companies or give your name to sister companies.
I used to get 5 at a time, but then I signed up to Catalog Choice, now I rarely get any. Here is a link, just in case you want to use it, buying for little girls can be so much fun! http://www.catalogchoice.org/ I order online now if I want something.

16. I haven't ordered anything out of a catalog before.
I did order some stuff online though, and it may work the same. Lucky Brand has some baby clothes, and I just had to get her some jeans that matched mom's!

11. Cute babies too! I mean look at those little girls.
They aren't too pricey either. You should check it out. No background check or anything.

12. Girls clothes are so cute!
I've got a baby boy and though he's got some super cute clothes, his dad insists that he wears little sweat pants, sweaters, onsies, and T-shirts. Nothing too fru fru or trendy.

I can't wait until warmer weather do he can get a cute little swim suit and some cute t-shirts and shorts. Right now, He's a winter baby and is all bundled up in layers of sleepers, socks, mittens, hats and fleecy bunting bags and all covered in blankets!

Your little one is such a darling! :)

The clothes drive me nuts too! Especially Hanna Andersson's.
