NEW client, NEW 3/4/09 photo shoot: Combo pizza, spicy chicken wings & deluxe salad

Doing a Web Site for a local pizza parlor.

Combo (Ham, sausage, pepperoni, green pepper, black olive, onion) Pizza (the owner let me have it for lunch...for free...after I took the photo):

It all looks wonderful, except that I would have to pick all the onions off the pizza. Onions: :puke:

4. Good food, spotlessly clean place, owner is a wonderful and appreciative client.

The combo pizza, as you might expect, was a bit heavy because of the toppings, but we wanted to have something photogenic. I've eaten here before...a month or two ago, when I first started talking to him about the Web Site...and had a simple mushroom & black olive pizza, which is closer to what I prefer.

He also makes calzones...he's got one with mushroom, onion, black olive, green pepper, ricotta cheese and sauce that's got to be KILLER.

7. He is very in tune with vegetarians / vegans and the health-conscious...

...a woman came in while I was doing the photo shoot and studied the menu. She said "I like that, but I can't have the meats, and I like that one, but..."

After talking with her for a few minutes he realized that what she wanted was some of the elements from one of the salads, and a plain broiled chicken breast, in a sandwich. So he put it all together for her and she was thrilled.

He also does catering for churches, schools, and corporate functions, and knows the importance of offering something for all tastes.
