Poll question: The Avengers: Cathy Gale, Emma Peel or Tara King?
And no, I'm not including "The New Avengers" or the Uma Thurman movie.

1. Emma Peel.
End of story. :)

I worshipped her when I was a young girl -- I wanted to grow up to be/look just like her.

Sadly, I am only 5'4 and look bad in cat suits. It has been the heartbreak of my life.

2. Shouldn't you include Uma Thurman in the poll for those of us under 80.

Sort of like an Avengers set in the late Victorian period- very cool.

Also- was there any doubt who would win your poll?

12. There really is no need for the other options
Dame Diana is the one and only.

She still looks stunning too.

13. Me thinks most people here remember the colour episodes best...
... and it's the Emma Peel era that tends to get repeated the most.

I voted for all of them but if I had to be forced to rank favourites then it'd be Emma Peel, Cathy Gale then Tara King.

Amazing a defunct TV company's programmes are still being talked about today. R.I.P ABC... we loved you!

Mark.
