Found in the dogs' pen now that the snow is melting:
My dogs have a large outdoor pen attached to the house. They go in and out freely through the pet door which is handy when they stampede outside at 3AM to bark at the bad deer walking though the yard. Both dogs like to pick up items and hide them. Now that hte snow is melting, the following items are emerging from an icy grave:

- the dough hook from the mixer

- the cheese grater

- several forks

- several spoons

- a bowl

- another bowl

- several rubbermaid containers

- several old yogurt containers

- a tennis ball

- assorted dog toys

- evidence that a herd of buffalo was also spending a lot of time in the pen.

their feetsies!

10. My daughter's mastiff trims his own nails.
Honest.
He gnaws them down.

4. They love you!
They're taking your trinkets because they smell of you and the wonderful foods you make.

7. Well, they do love my cooking, but I'm not sure exactly what that
means because you should see what else they love to eat!

9. What I'm saying is that they're confiscating your stuff as trophies.
Those objects symbolize you. They smell of you and apparently, they are especially fond of you as a cook. Be happy. Your dogs think you are awesome!
