10. I think the reason some of us can't watch things like that is...

It tears your heart apart, and unless there's something you can do to aleve the suffering of the poor animal(s) in the video or on the news, it's pointless. It might nudge some people into giving to their local shelter, which is good, but it seems to me that sometimes it's being shown to attract viewers.
