I have stopped smoking cigarettes!

Gonna make it.

Been smoking since the day Missy died (January 06). Spent more time as an adult not smoking than smoking, but sometimes I just pick the fucking things up. but now I am done with them. They raised the price 1.60 cents the other day (pre SCHIP increase)and I said the hell with it.

Now if i can make it 28 days, I will be done with the foul things forever.

I have done this before. All I gotta do is get to about five days and the urge eases.

One thing is that I smoked only natural cigs with no chemicals, so I only have some things to kick, not all the chemicals...

I quit cold turkey in June 2002. At the time I was smoking between 1-1/2 to 2 packs a day. Put them down, went through a few days of "off again, on again" Hell, but have not had a smoke...nor wanted one...in what will soon be 7 years.
