Baked potato soup --- Mmmmmm

I just made a big pot of baked potato soup. I had some a few weeks ago and I loved it and so I decided to replicate it. My version came out very good... :)

I am making a caesar salad to go with for dinner -

I wish you could taste it.

BTW, this soup is not low fat. :P

Guess what's for supper tonight! I have all but the chicken stock.. hmm, I may have a carcass in the freezer. That'll add to the "comfort" aroma of the house.

White sauce, carmelized onions, dill, leftover mashed potatoes, a little bit of ham, and some broccoli. Salute! :9
