Favorite buffet restaurants.
Edited on Thu Mar-12-09 04:56 PM by Odin2005
The fast food threads made me wonder what everyone's favorite buffets are. I live right across the street from a immigrant-family-owned Chinese buffet called China Garden that has kick-ass Pepper Chicken, Coconut Shrimp, and General Tso's Chicken.

1. Hometown Rocks....
There I said it. I love, I MEAN LOVE, their meatloaf. Great salad bar, the food is always pretty fresh and decent.

Lately Chinese bufetts, with sushi and a mix of oriental foods, have been popping up all over. THEY ALL SUCK.

2. India Palace
A local place in Manchester (I think they own a restaurant in Nashua, too). They have a wonderful lunch buffet with the basics plus a revolving selection of other dishes. It's a great way to introduce a newbie to Indian food.

3. I don't like buffets
I usually don't eat enough to justify going to a buffet. I use to go to Old Country Buffet when I was a kid. I probably haven't been there in 10 years

5. Sweet Tomatoes.
Not only is good, but it's rather healthy for you too. Great salad selection, great bread selection, great pasta selection.

Growing up in Maryland, my grandparents used to frequent a local buffet called Horn and Horn's. I remember cleaning up on most everything there as a kid.
