5. By a strange coincidence, I had red curry myself
but I used a store-bought sauce. (I'm too lazy to mix the paste, the coconut milk, and the fish sauce myself.)

6. cool. i make it a lot
once you get the hang of it, it's as easy as making a grilled cheese sandwich

on which note, i might add that my gouda, goat cheese and tomato grilled cheese sandwich is pretty frigging bitchen.
