I got an email from my roofer this morning.
He wrote to tell me he finds me extremely attractive and not old enough to have three kids.

Okay, which one of you is posing as my roofer? I mean, this is sorta weird!

3. Is he cute?
;)

Really, that would be awkward to me. Especially if he is currently roofing your house.

9. One gets the feeling.
The person who recommended me said he's a "good family man." As a woman in search of a good man, I find that oddly depressing.

Edited on Wed Mar-18-09 01:18 PM by crim son
and maybe he'll give me a discount for doing the rest later this spring. ?

can get! :hi:

20. No, and neither have we spent much time together.
I will say that there's a painful dearth of reasonable-looking women my age up here.

He's in the Air Force. Hmmmm.

22. Laughing!
This is the first house I've ever lived in that actually has skylights. There are two, in my bedroom! He hasn't done that part of the roof yet but even when he was working at the front part of the house I hid in the kids' bedroom where there is only one window that I kept shuttered.

He's not at all creepy looking, lost, but he may be creepy nonetheless. :hi: Glad to have you as a friend on FB!!!

because that kind of roofer talk would have definitely backfired

27. If you're my roofer, why don't you move up here to your house in Bangor?
This guy is still in the airforce, does roofing, owns a few apartments in the area... this much I know. Also, he knows how to use spellcheck. K thinks he's "cute" at what appears to be aboutt forty years old. Eh, whatever.

The bottom line: I've been missing that fucker and the note was sort of nice, coming out of nowhere and based not on a photo of me, but on real interaction. Feeling pathetic, lately...
