Remember the five simple rules to be happy :)

1. Free your heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.

3. I read something in a book from the Sufis one time that listed four things to do to save the world

"Accept the ignorance of others and spare them yours; spare for others from your substance and do not expect any of theirs". I try to follow these rules as much as possible.

4. In this world, I don't know.
3, 4, and 5 I can go with. How anyone can have not one thing they are intensely angry about and no worries at all is beyond me. They'd have to be some sort of bodhisattva, a fool, or an idiot.

5. Perhaps the idea is not to be free of anger, but

to free oneself as soon as you can, of intense anger.

Anger and hatred are very real human feelings. But to hold on to them, even the ones we have real reason for, is poison for the soul. To let go as soon as we can is the goal. Maybe not accomplish, but something to strive for.
