I have no idea what has been done to it before it got to the site where I found it.:)It is a nice picture of a parrot. That is sufficient for me to find enjoyment in it. The rest is not important.

and the blur of the background makes me think photo shop...I did attend photography school and I did graduate...so I do have a little background in this kind of thing...no offense was meant...
