THREE calls to get someone out to fix my cross lines. I ended up hanging up on #2 when the guy insisted on walking me thru a script even though I told him that the issue was obvious (My DSL connection was getting dropped when my neighbor was getting phone calls. She doesn't have a computer or DSL and our lines are crossed. I figured this out when I picked up my telephone after last night's dropped and the woman was talking to someone else and then I was able to join the conversation).

Ugh!

1. I hear you.
I always tell the Verizon people that I have re-booted my computer, re-set my modem, etc. before they make me endure that crap.
I really hate it when the Verizon customer service people try to make small talk with me. Just solve my problem, thank you.
