An idiot tried to play "beat the bus" today and got broadsided

By the bus I take to work. She lost. Grrrrrr. A few of us got banged up and tossed around. One guy did go to the hospitgal cuz he hit his head. I'm thinking heating pad and advil/Flexaril will help my achy back. Never sit in the bus seats that face sideways....you twist in a way that you really are not meant to twist.
The car driver seemed ok but they took her to the hospital just in case. It's amazing she was not hurt worse.
What really pissed me off: I ran up escalaters to catch that damn bus and was pretty happy I managed to catch it. Taking my time would have put me on the bus that went on by the accident site afterwards.
Gave my info and back muscle pain info the the first responders in case my back gets worse.

Every now and then a car in Pittsburgh tries unsuccessfully to sneak past the T. Those things weigh about 700 million tons, so you can imagine the result.


The driver is lucky that she wasn't destroyed.

4. I was sitting in the very back of the bus once

and the driver stopped for my stop....when all of a sudden BAM!!!!!!!!!!! We got rear-ended hard!! The only thing that was seperating me from the car that hit us was the bus' back end. It was so loud it scared the hell out of me. I got off the bus and the car that rear ended us had their airbags deployed so you know it was a violent crash. I just went on about my business. If it happened before my stop I would have been pissed..lol
