Remember I got those catch-and-release mousetraps that the mice got into and back out of? Well, we assumed that they didn't work and replaced them with the steel snap traps. Or so I thought.

Turns out that the catch-and-release ones didn't get tossed and they do work, but since I didn't check them Mr. Mouse died a terrible death. :cry:

7. I thought they got tossed and replaced, so there was nothing to check. But now that I think on it

kittehs were showing interest in the cupboard where it was. Now I know why. :(

8. I had a landlord who told me to just put a mouse stuck in a catch and release

trap in the freezer and that would take car of them. Needless to say I went with the traditional trap. Much more humane.
