$206 Ticket Paid With Urine-Soaked Coins
PORTLAND, Ore. -- A Washington man tried to pay a more than $200 traffic ticket by sending a plastic bag filled with coins and urine to a county billing office, deputies said.

His letter began:

Dear Lil Missy,

Drop dead.

I had the unfortunate task of explaining to him that his disability coverage did not include vet bills for his beloved pet. I felt kinda sorry for him. He truly did not understand.
