I fell for that one! A "legal matter" ...

I was in talks with a lawyer trying to get my student loans out of default and I somehow thought the collector was with my lawyer and spilled my guts. oops.

I ended up getting my now ex father in law to call the d00d and give him his bar license (law bar) and tell him that he was now representing me and did he have anything he needed to discuss with me? The guy argued for about 2 min, then said no problems and never heard from him again :rofl:
