What is/was for dinner?
The grocery store had some beautiful NY strip steaks, so I couldn't help but blow the diet... Grilled one up nice and rare (split it with my significant other- I can't eat a whole steak) with some herb-butter topping... smashed potatoes... and a salad made with butter lettuce and creole tomatoes that I got at the farmers market this morning.

Dessert was a brisk walk around the subdivision to (laughably) make up for breaking my diet....

2. That sounds pretty good, too....
there's something about a diet that makes me crave Mexican food (but not the healthier fare- margaritas and chimichangas)....

15. When prepared right, pork can be healthy
Shredded pork is nothing but the meat; no fat.

The tortillas are not fried.

The only significant fat is from the avocado.

:hi:

22. I've eaten there.
Stayed in the old school house b and b. Cool place, even though the owner is a little "fussy".
