My friend came back from Georgia. got discharged from the army for having a bum knee. We went to gameworks in Newport, KY and he got terribly sick. I was fine until 2 days later. Couldnt hold anything down, including sprite, water, tea. I started getting sick saturday morning around 6am. didnt stop throwing up until around 6pm that day. and as of this morning at 730 im still running a 101.3 temp =(

So be forewarned. it sucks

im hoping. i dont feel near as bad as i did. but my temp is still spiking. at 1am it was 101.0 Now its 101.3

Took some more ibuprofen and sipping on sprite. Sucks this flu also seems to give you terrible cotton-mouth

3. The flu dropped my Uncle and my Grandparents last week

My Uncle had it first, then my Grandmother,then my Grandfather. I stayed far away from them. We have all had our flu shots even then, you are still very sick for a day or two and it's not fun. Everyone is up and about now, but they still aren't 100%.

4. I got it last Friday and still am not 100% after over a week.

Even my skin hurt during the worst of it.

I went 34 years without catching the flu..only once I caught the flu that I decided to get the shot every year. I caught the flu once after a shot..I was only sick for two days and then felt fine.

I had the flu without the shot and it was weeks before I felt normal again.
