One of our local wingnuts, and regular contributor to the editorial page, presented the argument in today's edition of the paper that CARTER is responsible for the AIG abuses.

Carter?

:shrug:

Has the FOX Opinion Channel given up on blaming Clinton for everything and, being the next Democrat available, shifted their stupidity toward Carter? Or is this the ranting of a feeble and lost wingnut?
