12. I did. For fifteen or sixteen glorious months back in my mid-twenties.

Every morning in front of the mirror, I was like: "Dude! Look! Abs!"

Then I'd get my weight bench out and do three hundred sit ups...

I just don't have that kind of drive anymore...

15. i didn't do weights...but i did shovel concrete for a living...

i had a massive chest and arms, and a nice shape to my torso...but my abs were never what i'd call 'toned'.
i'm still in decent shape, weight-wise...and i don't have a huge gut- just a perpetually untoned one.

16. It's funny how your focus can shift depending on circumstances.

When I was in the Army, I was doing zillions of push-ups a day. So my pecs and triceps were really cut. But I was eating three hearty Army meals every day, so I couldn't get any good definition on my abs. When I got out of the service, I still worked out every day, but I lost a lot of fat, due to the near poverty I was living in. The abs really started to look good.

Anyway, I ditched the briefs years ago...
