Poll question: It has come to my attention that Jimmy Fallon sucks.
I knew he was going to replace Conan O'Brien (WTF!?) and also knew I wasn't going to watch.

But, I've heard from many that Jimmy Fallon sucks as much as a host of a talk show as he did when he did whatever it was that he did on SNL.

So, who should NBC get to replace him on "Late Night"?

1. I voted Bonnie Hunt. 'Bout time for a woman late nite host and she's got the chops.
Hasn't been one on broadcast TV since Joan Rivers.

5. They should replace him with a TV tuned to another network....
...just like most of their viewers will.

7. Other: Carson Daly
"But doesn't Carson Daly suck?" you may ask.

I would answer in the affirmative, but would also add that since he's been toiling thanklessly in the high-profile 1:30 a.m. slot for more than six years now, and there's not some great talent waiting in the wings for 12:30 who demands to be seated (I mean, it would be great if they got Bob Costas back, for example, but NBC seems more interested in riding the suck train), Daly should get a shot. If you're going to suck, why not suck with the guy who brung you?

9. Other: Me. I can't do worse than Fallon.
OK, I probably could, but not much worse. And I'll work for much less.

They should just give it to Leno, so he can be on in every time slot.

13. Doesn't Silevrman already have a show on Comedy Central?
Would she want to be in a position of always being nice to every damn Hollywood "star"???

19. I think Late Night would be a step up from a Comedy Central series, though.
I honestly think she would be excellent, and know she would at least be better than that guy they hired.

If not her, why not just pay Colbert (the other one) the big bucks? And for that matter, Jon Stewart must be about ready for a change.

15. Craig Ferguson
He needs to be bumped up to an earlier slot.
Sorry, I may have spelled his last name wrong.

16. Ferguson is on CBS, David Letterman is his boss.
I don't think Ferguson is going to NBC.
