6. Yes...I liked your response...
Short story...I used to work for a bunch of pricks who used the philosophy "fear is a great motivator".

Well, I had some people working for me who were exempt, which meant that they did not get paid overtime. In my mind, that meant that they should be given some concessions, as long as they got their job done.

Therefore, I didn't make them account to me every minute of the day. I would let them take time off without recording it on the books...not entire days, but hours at a time.

My bosses didn't like that too much.

I know what it is like to work for people like the guy who wrote the ad.
