i have a friend coming over and i am making a coq-au-riesling, green beans, pulao and homemade brownies!!

Lisa and i upped our vegetarian nights from 2 to 4. I am also vegetarian for lunch during the work week!

3. its basmati rice sauteed with some whole spices

i am a big fan of moderation in food and i thinkt the amt of meat in western diets are just not sustainable. So for me it was mostly global warming issues. i have been cutting down on meat for a couple of years now esp red meat. lisa wanted to lose some weight, so it was a good time to do it for her as well.
